Notarial Fees

General Notary Rates:

• $15 per notarized signature*
• Loan Doc Packages: $200 minimum; additional fees may apply.

         *Fees set by the State of California.

Other Fees:

• Loan signing cancellation fee: $50

• Wait time: $10 per 10 minutes; beginning 10 minutes after set

       appointment time.

Travel fees and other document fees may vary, I am predominantly a traveling notary so I charge a

moderate travel fee depending on mileage.
